It’s tough to be a teenager – differentiating oneself from the family, navigating social relationships and pressures, self-esteem and body image, academic pressure. Stressors such as a move, divorce, conflict, abuse or trauma add to all this. We work with teens and their families that are struggling to understand and communicate with one another.
