We use a variety of treatment techniques and make sure to have a variety of modalities available in order to appropriately and effectively work with all clients within our scope. Mixing cognitive behavioral therapy, with dialectical techniques, motivational interviewing and mindfulness based practices, all with trauma informed care in mind, we meet each and every client where they are.
